★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was NOT an idea I would ever do again. I dropped off 6 area rugs and the following week they were ready. One looked like it haven’t even been cleaned at all, one smells like wet animal and we do not have pets and one looked so bad we threw it out.
He indicated I could drop off the rugs again but WHY? Shouldn’t they have been done right the first time. Not worth the time to even drive back. Sad experience.
