M	MyOnlineID on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited months after my referral to meet with Dr Ferguson for it to last only a minute starting with him telling me while laughing that I might as well walk out that door as there's no way he'll perform my vasectomy because I'm 22, when trying to ascertain the age appropriate for it he told me it was between 30-35 or older. He had no interest in discussing it and told me he wasn't interested in my reasons for wanting it, which kinda ruins the entire point of a CONSULTATION.
C	Chuck Pattyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Edels is great and has been my family doctor my whole life. How ever the whole system of trying to see her is horrible. Very rude woman at front desk. Pretty shocking to deal with. Call in multiple times to try to schedule an appointment and can never get in. Go in in person because can’t get through but still can’t get appointment. They say they are accepting new patients but refused to give us the forms. My Wife’s pregnant and they won’t allow me to book an appointment to see my family doctor. Only same day appointments and they are booked up immediately. I would recommend firing and rehiring receptionist and a whole new booking system should be looked into. Pretty disappointing.
L	Lyndsey Hayward on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Edels is a wonderful Doctor. This is true. Unfortunately the system at the medical center is terrible! It takes WEEKS to get an appointment, so often we settle to see a nurse practitioner instead. It would be nice to see my actual doctor who knows me (or is supposed to). Or you go to the dreaded walk in clinic which has an unfair "pick a number" system to determine the order. What's more fair than being seen in order of your arrival!!? Form a line and be seen in that order. Show up late you're the last one seen. Not at this walk in clinic! Show up early but draw a high number - now you're waiting two hours. Show up last and get lucky - everybody feels disgruntled. Really is this how to handle a walk in clinic? Ridiculous. Lastly the customer service from receptionists is also lacking in any human kindness. They're rude, just want to pass you along to an voicemail that will never be returned. They probably deal with unhappy patients all day frustrated by this poorly run medical center. Needs improvement!!!!

Mediocre and opinionated ...bias and not alot of investigation into health problems unless persistent. My Dr is was too old, slipping and not keeping accurate records. Misdiagnoses and plays headgames. After gettimg new Dr in Lambeth I realise how lazy and unprofessional Strathroy was all these years. Have had more support ...help and answers from new clinic....without begging and pleading or getting rushed through appointments. Shop around folks...
C	Cliona Potts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was with Doctor Yvonne Macdonald for 8 years, who was great up until very recently when she out right lied to me about having my ODSP papers ready to send, but had to "review them" once more. She told me that in August (though I had given her those papers late May/early June) , and when I called to inquire why I still hadn't heard anything, I was told she hadn't even touched them. My trust was completely broken, do not go here.
T	Tanya M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why do hours say open until 5:30, but when I call to make an appointment I get the message loop 5 times before finally hearing the "sorry the clinic is closed"... at 3:30. Either the hours on Google need updating, or people need to work until their shift is over.

They have advertised they accept new clients but are extremely selective in who they deemed privileged enough to have medical care. I've been a social worker for 15 years and haven't seen this kind of dispassionate behaviour from medical providers.
