I needed the carpet cleaned at the apartment I was vacating in downtown London. A couple of quotes I got were ridiculously high, but Metro's seemed very reasonable and the company had great reviews on Yelp, so I went with them. The cleaner showed up on time and did a very thorough job. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and the price was the quoted price. Upon inspection, the building manager thought it was a far better job than the company's carpet cleaner! I would highly recommend Metro. Great service!!

Renzo arrived a little early, was well prepared and got to work immediately. It took over 1.5 hours to clean my upstairs rooms, steps to the basement, and an area rug. He was sweating when done. What more proof do you need than that that he was working very hard to get them clean and he did. I agree with another reviewer that he went above and beyond what was expected. Little pads underneath furniture he moved (give him some help by moving as much furniture out of the way and off the floors as you can before he comes). I don't know if his price is high or low or average but I will certainly call him again and highly recommend him. I am very pleased with the carpets. Thanks Renzo.

I've had my carpets done 3 times now but each time after the 1st it's been a huge struggle to get ahold of Renzo. Leave multiple msgs and no reply then on the 3rd or 4th try I will get him. I pay cash and each time I gave a bonus. Even went as far as doing a thorough vacuuming and moved a bunch of stuff that he says is included. So what's up? I just find it rude when someone offers a service then their to busy to even phone you back after leaving a detailed msg. And each time I phone I have to wait longer than planned becaue I'll wait for a call back. Then try again and wait. Nice guy, good job don't make yiur customers feel unimportant. Simple as that.

I chose this company based on the many positive reviews. This was not my experience, I acknowledge a miscommunication in location on my part, I believe a phone call would be more effective than emails during a time of urgent communication, and my carpets were finished well. However the damage done to the walls during the process made this decision a much regrettable one.

Did a fabulous job! The carpets are like new and most of our carpets are in the 25 year plus range. I would recommend this service to anyone. Extremely pleased with the job they did.

I highly recommend Metro London Carpet Cleaning! We had some tough stains on our carpets and he did an amazing job. They look like new again. The owner is very hard working and goes above and beyond. He arrived on time and his prices are reasonable. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Thanks so much! We appreciate the great job you did!

ABSOLUTE POOR QUALITY SERVICE I was looking for a carpet steamer to rent, but came upon websites where professionals would do the job for you instead. The man that answered sounded like he was having a rough day. I asked about his day and asked if they could do my 2 bedroom apt. He asked what the square feet would be! And to be honest- I don't know. Now, I admit I should've looked up the measurements before hand- but my intent was to find equipment to rent! Not professionals so I didnt think to have that on hand. I proceeded to take the measurements while on the phone with the csr and at the same time, explain why I inquired. He began to become agitated and in his words, "Just take the measurements since I can't hear you" in a snarky tone. I was unimpressed, but instead of becoming irritated. I quietly measured out the length and gave him the number(18ft) and when I didnt hear the confirmation of acknowledgment from him, I asked if he heard me. To this, his response was curt when asking for the next measurement. As I was still measuring the width out- he SIGHS & HANGS UP on me. Listen, I work for Uhaul! So I get when customers can be annoying and behave as though they have a right to be demanding and rude(Because they're spending money). But not ONCE did I disrespect him, or show my irritation with his behavior. I stay polite and calm when doing my job, even when a customer gives me a GOOD reason not, too! This man had no reason to behave the way he did with me over the phone. Needless to say, I will not be calling back for an inquiry- let alone to use thier services. I wrote this as soon as he hung up on me. Hopefully the next business I call will be a little better.

I had my carpet done by Renzo today. He did a really amazing job! I had cat&dog puke as well as dog urine on my carpet and now its clean, disinfected and smelling like new, looking like new. I would highly recommend Metro and Renzo. Great job and a nice guy as well.
