A	Amelia Roger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strathcona Tender Loving Daycare is an excellent place for children.I have had my son at this Daycare for about 4 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about the s centre.In these 4 years not a single time I felt my child was unhappy there.They take children to a lot of field trips,they have weekly Yoga and music sessions their staff is amazing too! My son loves the food there and eats better than home. I have noticed one guy leaving a negative review about the Daycare..my recommendation is not to trust that guy as he seems to be out there to do some damage.My experience with the Daycare and its owner has been excellent and I am sure all the other parents have positive things to say!

We were very happy with the great care he received, we always got informed about his day, his progress or troubles and how we can work together. The teachers are all very loving and caring and support each child in their development. Our son loved his teacher and told us every day what they did like camping out in a tent inside their room. With pictures, written documentation parents newsletters and weekly updates we were always up to date. The food is amazing, always freshly prepared and we knew our son gets nutrisious food throughout the day and he just ate everything! Its a great place for little ones to grow.

Staff are very knowledgeable and caring, you can see they love what they do and your kid happiness is the proof of that. Their program is very broad, including different activities (crafts, music, show and tell, pajama’s day, circle time …), field trips and always making sure that kids spend time outside (weather permitting). They have a cooker that provides them with a great variety of food, always following the Canadian food guidelines. That made my life way easier, so I knew my kid was always getting delicious and nutritious food and I did not have to pack anything. Their communication is very nice, they have a monthly newsletter that they send to parents and they also send you weekly updates and menu. They are very approachable and quick in resolving any issues that may arise. Yesterday, after almost 3 years in the center, it was time for my daughter to leave to start a new chapter, they grow up so fast. She cried so much, she said she would like to stay there forever. I would like to thank Strathcona Tender Loving Daycare for being part of my daughter’s life and help her to grow and become this special kid. The memories of her time there will be in her heart forever, along with the friends she created and we hope to keep for years to come. Thank you!

They moved through almost all the rooms in the daycare and had a lot of teachers over the years. They learned a lot from each teacher, and always had a great time at the daycare. They enjoyed the everyday outside time, when weather allowed. I also liked the fact that the food was cooked in the center, and my kids got used to eating a variety of foods. I knew my kids loved it there, when they did not want to go home at the end of the day. The staff was always approachable and easy to talk to. I wouldn't have kept them there for so long if my kids were not well taken care of.

They are always outside and playing and any serious concerns are brought up in a reasonable matter. The staff are amazing and treat my children like their own. My experience with them overall is very happy. :)

We have been very happy with the quality of the care here. When we have had minor concerns they've always been dealt with effectively. In particular, the staff are great. We've recommended STLDC to others.

Very rarely do you come across setups where their work reflects the values mentioned in their name. This place is as Loving as it gets. As a new immigrant, we couldn't have asked for a better place to take care of our child who was barely three when he joined the daycare. Sumer blossomed during the two years he spent there. I can't thank the staff enough for the innumerable times they went well beyond and above any stretch of imagination and expectations we had from them. We will always be indebted to the support, warmth and help we received from the management as well as the staff for taking care of our child. I am pretty sure that it wasn't just our child who teared up on the last day. So did I. We can't recommend them enough. Thank you for everything!

I was really worried about her settling there, as she had given me a hard time previously going for longer hours at another playschool. The staff there is very supportive and they really helped her to feel calm and to over come the separation anxiety. She is always well fed, happy and have a lots of fun stories to share with me about her day. I am really thankful to the staff and management for keeping me informed about my daughter's day and for taking such good care of her.
