★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible surface. Grass is growing in the loose gravel. Rocks are not only loose but large. People have their dogs off leash and one chased me. I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is where the new "Tent City 2020" has popped up. Still a safe place to visit although if u need the track u might want to run elsewhere since the track is being used to house Vancouver's homeless currently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gravel here is fairly large. Look at the satellite view on Google Maps and you will see some of the individual rocks. You'd best be wearing hiking boots when doing any running here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed running here, I think they recently moved the tent city as the park is fenced in and said it was closed. We did a few laps anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrocious 3rd world caliber track. Lined with cartoonishly oversized maple trees. Puddles are appalling and may be linked to the head high pile of driftwood. My dog stands in the center and barks continuously, must be haunted.. 5 stars.
