It can be extremely busy during evenings and weekends since many of the west side kids/youth soccer games and practices are held there.
Parking us usually not a problem and there are a few coffee shops close by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free parking (no overnights) lots of space along the street, track is turfed, could use some repair, during night time, the track is well lit for free it seems, and no entry fee to get in. The only caveat is the washroom is at the McDonald's at the intersection or if the arena is open you can use the washrooms there as well. Definitely recommend this track for running, very soft, and the turf field is very comfortable for soccer, rugby etc. There's only 5 lanes it seems but overall, it is pretty nice for a community track.
