★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice quaint place in the heart of Vancou er gives a real small place feel here with the greenway nearby kind of seems more out of the city than it is. Lots of stores and a McDonald's near by as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since there is no dog park in Kerrisdale, this is the only place in the neighborhood where you can get your dog run off leash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice soft track for walking, jogging or sprinting laps, I think each lap is 500m, have to verify...it is usually lit until 10 or 11pm, but sometimes the timer shuts the light off earlier. :(. Possibly because the soccer on those nights finishes by 9pm and the boom-fizzle...halo lights dwindle quickly somewhere thereafter—
find your keys and water bottles!
Usually lots of parking right there next to, unless it’s a soccer game-when both teams’ cars may fill the lot. Still lots of street parking. Plenty of benches/bleachers to stretch, squat, store hoodies&water etc. :). Best night track within at least 5 miles.
