Availability of vehicle post - service was a bit later than had been planned, but there was an Ok that needed to be given(by me) to go ahead with an additional fix. Picked up car, paid bill quickly, and left.. Efficient, polite, and did all as expected.

The entire process end to end was phenomenal! I gave the short list of what we were looking for in a new vehicle and our budget. We got a vehicle that had everything we wanted and more! I'm blown away at what we were able to get and the personalized service we received, particularly from their finance manager Kyla. She worked so hard to get the vehicle we wanted within our budget. She made the entire process easy and stress free. I can't recommend them enough!

Car had not even been put on computer for read out in two days. Told might be ready at the end of the day, no promises and no loaner vehicle. Had to email owner and ask for explanation, assistance in getting my car looked at as well. Forty minutes later car been looked at, all good car can be picked up. No apology, but at least I got service finally.
