I will start by saying that after trying 6 other drywall repair/handyman services and they were all completely booked until forever I was thrilled to find this place. The booking (through phone) seemed professional and straight forward, they book me to 4 days ahead saying that there was no availability sooner, which I found to be reasonable. A few hours after our call, I got a text from someone called Mohamed asking for pictures of the fix (I had a 2 ft x 2ft dry wall repair that had to be done in my washroom). He then gave me a quote of $350 dollars, which at the time I thought to be a bit too much but again, no one else was available to come. he said he could come on the same day and that payment was cash only. He came 2 hours after the time agreed, spend about 45 minutes doing a poor job, did not smooth the dry wall (it's now rough and looks poorly done) and took his money and took off. When I asked him about the smoothness of the wall (since I am having someone to paint over) he said that once it was dry it would look a lot better, it hasn't, it's the same ugly, dirty work that it looked before. Overall this is a scam, overcharged, poor quality of service, poor professionalism (late and unprofessional), money under the table. I do not recommend them to anyone looking for a drywall repair.

The first no show we called ourselves and were told the electrician had an emergency but had planned to call us (after not turning up). We would have been understanding had someone from the company just communicated this but instead we were just told to give them another chance and their best person would arrive 4 to 5 hours after we'd been originally scheduled. At the end of the second appointment with no one arriving we received a call saying he would another hour. We ended up cancelling rather than pay the service call fee to even learn what the true cost would be.

Covered his shoes before he came in, covered everything before starting work and vacuumed after the work was finished. We please and will use them again. No hesitation is recommending. Hardworking and good staff!!!
