★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An hour drive to Stouffville Nissan to buy our car was very pleasant and painlessly simple. The staff was very helpful and courteous. 4 stars because whoever mounted the rear license plate has damaged the screw threads. Instead of fixing them, he/she just used bigger screws with different type of thread and jammed them in. I had to use a wrench to replace the plate frame when I got home. Needless to say, I was disappointed with the workmanship for something so simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking to purchase a car and came across Stouffville Nissan. From our first call with the dealership, up until the minute we drove out with the car, the overall experience from the staff was amazing. I definitely felt comfortable and welcomed during the entire process.
Sam, the sale representative we worked with was extremely helpful and knowledgable! He made sure that all the paperwork was organized & kept me updated at every step of the purchase. He also went the extra mile by greeting us with coffee when we came to see the car making the experience very memorable.
I will be coming back in the future and definitely recommend this dealership for your auto needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My grand daughter set up an appointment with Sam at the dealership to have a look at a used Qashqai. This was her first experience in buying a car.
When we arrived he had all literature available on the vehicle for our review and was smiling and genuinely happy in his role as a salesperson.
I shared with him that I wasn’t a fan of car salesmen and he was extremely gracious in acknowledging my comments.
However Sam was outstanding in how he chatted with us knowledgeably and frankly honestly..
He was courteous with both of us and addressed all of my grand daughters questions with respect and empathy.
Probably the first ever dealer salesperson I have ever given a 5 star rating!!
She purchased the vehicle and to date loves it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Sam who was great to work with on our purchase of a certified pre-owned Nissan Rogue. He is a straight shot guy that gave us a sense of trust you rarely have with car salesman... Way out did our experience at Ready Honda for our last car. We appreciate that Betty was equally great and does not use scare tactics to try to make customers buy features they do not want. Sam even held the car (with a refundable deposit) so I could come on a convenient day. Much thanks to the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in a little bit of a pickle and Sam was super helpful. My car finally died on me and I needed to get into a new one as quickly as possible. Sam reached out to be right away, and was able to get me in for a test drive the same day. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own, but Sam made it as simple as possible for me and was completely transparent on what was needed. Shout out to Betty as well, she understood my financial situation and was able to create the best plan of action. This location has an amazing staff and makes you feel like family as soon as walked in, 200% better than Parkway Honda. I live in Scarborough but it was definitely worth the drive. 15/10 would recommend to stop by here for your next vehicle.
