★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has been wonderful. Mojo and Kyle are excellent and knowledgeable. I have been to many places before and by far this has been the most beneficial. They have helped me with my lower back injury and shoulder. Would definitely recommend them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 years ago when I was pregnant, Kyle helped me to stay in shape and get strong throughout my entire pregnancy. I moved away from the city after my daughter was born but returned to the Hamilton area last year. I have repeatedly seen Kyle and Shelby for physical training, physiotherapy and massage therapy. Shelby is also a mom so she really understands how to help you engage the muscles lost through having a baby. This is by far the most caring, considerate, and understanding clinic I have ever been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mojo and Kyle are amazing! I have been going to them after experiencing a shoulder injury from a bad fall. They helped me get my range of motion back along with strength training. They've been doing great job holding me accountable with my health and wellness goals. Could not have gotten this far without their expertise. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work with Mojo here, the support it has given me is great! Excellent full body workouts leaves you feeling tired, but great results. Has also helped improve movement on my shoulder and ankle where I have previously injured. Great facility, experience and trainer! Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time getting physiotherapy and a massage and it was a really great experience! Kyle was really friendly and made sure that I was feeling good and he helped through pains in my calf I have had no problems with it anymore and i have been doing the recommended stretches and nothing has hurt anymore.
Great job and nice people, thanks and I would recommend going here for physio or a massage.

Strengthening and conditioning they provide after treatments is crucial in my opinion. I feel completely different and more confident in my movement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service! A friendly and professional atmosphere. Kyle and Shelby, the physiotherapist is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to identify my issues immediately. The service they offered had immediate positive results and was far better than any chiropractors I’ve ever been to and even my family doctor.
