Their staff have been extremely helpful, patient and kind to me after my MVA! Lots of tough love especially when I'm insisting to lift weights a bit too early lol. All of them have been extremely personable making the time go by so much faster and you can just tell they care for their clients! Also they got nice views from their huge windows ? I highly recommend MedRhab! All the staff are friendly and welcoming. l have been to a few different physiotherapists throughout the city over the years, and this is by far my favourite. I have seen all the therapists and they have all been very knowledgeable and helpful!!

As a plus sized patient/client, I am always anxious when heading into spaces like this. I have had a lifetime of body shaming responses to injury and illness, where the only advice given is to lose weight. I am happy to say that this has not been my experience with MedRehab. From the initial assessment and through weeks of appointments, I have been met where I am in terms of fitness and ability. I have been treated with respect and dignity, with an emphasis on what proactive steps I can take to help my recovery. Not once have I been shamed or made to feel like "I brought this on myself" or has weight loss been suggested as a recovery plan, as has been the case for me with many past experiences. It has been such a safe space to seek recovery from my knee pain. They don't actively state that they use a HAES philosophy, but there definitely are elements of a HAES going on here. There are a couple of things to mention that have made me give 4 stars instead of 5. First, for the entire time I have been going here, which is at least a month now, the elevator has been out. I am going to physiotherapy due to knee issues, and having to use the stairs to the third floor is painful for me. It's getting better as I improve, but if your issue is mobility related, know that you need to will likely need climb stairs to the third floor. Second, one of the reasons I chose this clinic was because of the large number of positive google reviews. For me, I always assume google reviews are unsolicited and so when I see a business with a high number of reviews, I always assume it's because the clients are so happy with their experience that they are spontaneously moved to write a review. This clinic actively solicits google reviews. I don't think there's anything wrong with that, and I believe the positive reviews are truthful, as my experience has also been positive. However, if you, like me, use the sheer number of reviews as a metric, bear in mind that clients are actively solicited to write reviews.

I'm in my 4th week of physio with Maria. My shoulder mobility has improved so much. Maria is such a joy to be around, she truly cares about her patients and gives experienced treatment. The office environment is very positive very healthy team that clearly enjoy working together

My experience with MedRehab has been so good so far! I was very anxious about starting physiotherapy during a pandemic, but the staff have all gone above and beyond! It’s only been a few weeks, but I’m already feeling some progress, and always look forward to each visit!

I've had a very positive experience at MedRehab. Staff have been very helpful and friendly since my initial call to them in November. They are welcoming and take the time to get to know you. I've appreciated the individualized treatment plan and the practical suggestions on how to speed up my recovery in a safe manner. Thank you so much for all your help!

My experience at MedRehab was far greater than what I was expecting. The therapists were very friendly and knowledgeable on the target areas that needed to be addressed with my shoulder. They took me through a number of different treatments and I was so happy to start seeing my shoulder get stronger and back to normal. Both Maria and Guido were wonderful. Thanks again to Med Rehab.

My journey at MedRehab Physiotherapy initially begun when I was referred by a family member for treatment of a shoulder injury I had suffered. My first point of contact was through the wonderful staff at the front desk. They were very welcoming and helped to take care of all my clerical needs. The atmosphere is very relaxed, laid-back and homey, and the staff are all friendly, kind, courteous, professional and passionate about their jobs. The Physiotherapist Maria did a wonderful job in the management of my shoulder pain and also helped to fully restore my ROM. Maria is very knowledgeable and personable and I am truly indebted to her for all of the wonderful care that she has provided for me. Her rehab assistant Guido also did so much for me, not only in demonstrating and ensuring that I was doing my exercises correctly, but by regularly inducing laughter for me, which they say is good for the soul. Guido is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. He really kept my spirits high, which led to an increase in my comfort level when interacting with him regularly. Overall it has been a very pleasurable and enjoyable experience coming to the clinic and I would certainly recommend it to my friends, and or, family who may be looking to treat some musculoskeletal disorder that they may have and has a strong preference for the absolute highest standard of care that the industry has to offer.
