We visited quite a few competitors and returned to Stonex as we loved working with Paige who was very helpful throughout the whole process. The installation team were also very professional and respectful as our counters were installed during COVID. I highly recommend Paige, Stonex and their team and look forward to working with them on our next project.

They continually reschedule appointments and 2 months later still have not shown up to repair. They don't even bother to call you to tell you that they are re-scheduling, they just send an email last minute.

Michelle the Sales Rep was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Alex measured the template perfectly, and was a real gentleman. The installers Ryan and Brandon were fantastic as well. Even the scheduling people were so friendly and organized. Can't thank them enough for an amazing experience. By the way....the counter looked awesome. Check out the before and after. Next up....finish the painting!

We visited the showroom and were shown the many options and all our questions were answered. We were given plenty of time to make our decision. Everyone is the showroom was helpful and friendly. The Stonex team were also very good at communicating when they would come to install and the actual installation process was quick and easy. They took care of everything and the result was an excellent new quartz countertop. Highly recommended.

I have pictures of the one in the showroom. I asked to have someone to please come to my house where the new install was and take a look at the discrepancy.. they refused. I guess since they had my last payment.. they didn't care. No one came to look. Totally given the run around. Last payment taken at 1030..project completed at 1200. Don't use this company.

Their team members were a pleasure to work with and completed their scope of the project (countertops and backsplash) with little supervision. The installers came to get the required measurements and they were back in a week as promised with all materials ready for install. Their installers were punctual, professional and completed the install efficiently without overlooking a single detail. Stonex's showroom had plenty of selection to choose from and their pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend Paige and her team.
P	Paul Smits on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a contractor doing mostly bathroom renovations ,I let the customer pick glass contractors and stone contractors. I heard about Stonex on a radio ad and mentioned them to my customer because of their large selection. She commissioned them to make two almost identical tops, one having a sink. The day they showed up, one had a small chip repaired with a black filler on a mostly grey top. It looks like a small hole but my customer let that slide. The other top’s hole didn’t match the sink. Had to wait forever for the new top to come. It came finally but they brought the wrong shower sill which my customer had to drive an hour to go pick up herself. To make matters worse they drilled the holes too big, and too far away from the sink. Water drips all over the top when turning the water off and on, and you can see some of the hole exposed behind the tap. They asked to see the tap before drilling!!!!! Paid in full they are being slow to get back to her to let her know how this can be rectified. I think they are getting plenty of business from their ads but don’t have the quality workers to get things done properly and timely. I wouldn’t recommend them.
