M	Mustafa Ornek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't ask for a better family doctor and overall health clinic for me and my family. I have been Dr. Bashar's patient since 2018 and he has always been very professional, accurate and attentive in dealing with my health care needs. First of, you don't need to wait a week to see him unlike my previous family doctor and you don't end up waiting for an hour at the reception way-pass your scheduled appointment. If he suspects any health issues, he is not afraid to order multiple tests and book follow-up appointments to see you until he gets to the bottom of that issue. He is willing, able and capable of referring to a good specialist in a timely manner. He is also very polite and have great person skills to deal with his patients. Myself, my wife and our daughter are appreciating the care he is providing to our family very much. We are very lucky to have his practice in our neighbourhood. Last but not least, the on-site pharmacy is very good as well. Once you start getting their friendly and familiar service, you understand why you shouldn't go to big-box store pharmacies for your medicine. They know you, they check your prescriptions very carefully and their prices are very competitive if not cheaper than others in the area. I especially appreciate the time they realized that I had an issue with a medicine that the doctor prescribed to me due to my penicillin allergy and handled it directly with the doctor for an alternative without me doing the leg-work. The service they provide is really excellent!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr.Elia is. After having difficulty finding a family doctor we were lucky enough to find Dr Elia. It is evident that he cares about his patients. He is thorough, approachable and knowledgeable. It easy to make an appointment with him. Cannot express how grateful we are to have him as our family doctor.
B	Blake Perry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Elia is amazing - fantastic care with wonderful bedside manner and always provides the context behind what's happening and answers my many questions. While the clinic isn't open at all times I've needed urgent care, when it is open it is always my preferred place to go. Pharmacy staff are fantastic. I've never had a pharmacist where I was left feeling genuinely cared for - with other places it has always been transactional and got the job done, which was fine. Lakeside has elevated my opinion of what care from a pharmacist can and should be. That said, like another poster, I also had issues with a poorly performed blood draw done in the clinic a few months ago. Not sure if staff have changed since then. But that solution is easy enough - I go to a medical lab for blood tests.

Came in with my son who had numerous symptoms, the doctor dismissed the majority of them and prescribed a generic fungal cream. All without conducting any thorough examination. Went to our family doctor the next day and was correctly diagnosed, full examination, and provided an explanation on how to manage the pain he was in. Really disappointing service here
R	Rob Peto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going here for several years now. Dr Elia is by far the most knowledgeable and thorough Doctor that I've ever had. He always takes the time to make sure he has the entire story before prescribing medication. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
m	michelle dawe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my son to the walk in clinic this morning at 9:30a , he has a sore throat, can barely swallow, prior to going we took a Covid test and it was negative. The receptionist treated us like we had some dreaded disease and told us to wait in our car not the waiting room and a dr would call us within 1/2 hr to an hour. At 11 am I called them and the receptionist told us that they were very busy and to wait for the call . I proceeded to tell her I had to be at work and she told us to go home and wait there! Like what?!? Anyways my son is home sick, I’m now at work and it is 12:50p , still no call from doctor. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service was awful

As well, they are always organized and ready with whatever we need from them. They also go to talk to the doctors on our behalf if another refill needs to be made. I will never go back to shoppers.
