Their staff was friendly. Their installers are professional, on time and the product is just amazing. I'm not sure if they did this on purpose, but the slab they cut for our peninsula has the perfect amount of veining to make it pop! I LOVE my quartz countertops! (in the photos the countertops are in, but kitchens still needs paint, faucet, light replaced, backsplash and window casing)
J	Janet D Kennedy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked out all the stone shops in the region, going to all 3 Stonex locations as well as Granitework, Natural Stone City, KW Countertops and even MSI in Mississauga. I found that Stonex had the best variety and selection and we found our gorgeous leathered Titanium at their Woodstock showroom after seeing it in the Cambridge location. The slabs in Cambridge were already sold and they suggested we look at the selection in Woodstock. The people in the Cambridge location were very friendly and knowledgeable. The people in the Woodstock location were very helpful and even moved a couple of slabs so we could see them side-by-side. We took a floor tile and cabinet door with us to see with the granite which made a huge difference in the final choice. The designers took the slabs we chose and did an excellent job laying out the cuts for the installation. The layout made the most of the patterns in the stone. Nearly 2y later and I still love my counter tops and find myself looking closely at the textures and patterns almost every day. Plus, the leathered granite doesn't show the dust, crumbs, or streaks like other surfaces.
G	Giselle Cameron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very surprised to see any negative reviews of Stonex! I dropped in a billion times before deciding on azul marino quartzite. The staff were very helpful and patient with me every time. I was incredibly impressed with their work. I've never seen a countertop fit so perfectly (1/16" gap on each side, if not less), and yet they got it in without a single mark on the walls! The stone itself is absolutely gorgeous - I will definitely be coming back here when we redo the kitchen! Update: we have since redone the kitchen with Stonex (update 2: and laundry room!). My only complaint would be that it seemed someone measured and/or cut some of the stone improperly for the kitchen island, so it had to be recut. It took a little longer than I would have liked to hear from them after that, but ultimately they did a great job and we're very happy with the stone/quality of the work. We'll certainly be back if we need more stone work in the future, as we know we can rely on them for fair pricing and a quality result.
T	Tamara Keith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family purchased quartz kitchen and servery countertops. After taking possession we noticed a chunk out of the bottom of the island countertop. Reported it to our builder. Stonex will not stand by their products and will not service this defect unless a service charge is paid. I rated them one star. If there was a star less than 0 that is what I would give for their aftercare service. Be warned that this organization does not warranty their product after one month after installation. Shame on them!

Not one counter install professional thought to mention this gigantic design flaw where I had to jerry-rig a solution to hide the pressboard after. I have had to GLUE wood trim and paint it to match my cupboards. The island does not have this problem. The installers also drilled the faucet hole off centre. I scanned through the pictures in these reviews and did not see another case like mine so it's something that could have been avoided I am sure. First time I have ever done anything to my house and decided to trust the professionals instead of watching like a hawk. The corner seam is also raised and rough and they fixed it 70% better today but said they will have a technician to fix it better. I paid less than the quote at KW countertop for the same material. update A technician came in and assured me the corner will be fixed**

A	Anita Byrnell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed with installation, thus company has the most specific request when signing their contract, but don't back up costumer service.... brand new kitchen ........ bottom drawers and cabinets did not open ... had to wait a week for them to come install shims so they would ... 2 drawers and one cabinet door .. brand new custome made had scratches across the top, their response ... do you have touch up paint ... .. put a hole in the drywall ... because clearly the measurements were wrong ...and the mess they left behind was disgusting, definitely no recommendation from me and I will shout it from the roof tops
