★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience shopping during the lock-down. Sent them our list on Facebook messenger, they got everything together super quickly and we paid by e-transfer. Pick-up was fast, no contact, and seamless. Bag was well packed and all items had been selected correctly. Highly recommended!

She was incredible when it came to telling me what I should buy for my kittens and helped me to switch them over to a new brand. I am always happy to give my business to a store like this.

In response to Global Pets' comment, I have no issue with the debit/credit machine being down. That can happen to anyone.
Customer Appreciation Day? Really? More like Customer Rip-off Day. All they did was take the stock that didn't sell, because it was too pricey or ugly, then claimed to mark the price down for our benefit. Even the discounted prices were more expensive than other places.
Also, do not trust the manager's or employee's advice regarding pet nutrition. They are by no means experts like they claim. They tell you what you want to hear in order to sell the food. If you want real advice about your pet's nutrition or other concerns, it's best to research the food you are interested in online and consult with your veterinarian or a licensed professional. Then, purchase your desired food at a store without such a ridiculous markup.

The food and merchandise in this store is super marked up. I found the same exact food, sometimes $10 cheaper, at other stores. Also, the manager is full of herself and acts like she knows everything. All she's interested in is profit. She also likes to stick her nose in other people's business. I don't recommend.
