I highly recommend this company. We purchased quartz countertops for our kitchen and bathroom from Stoneworx and the process from start to finish was amazing. Our Sales Consultant, Julie, was very responsive and fantastic to deal with. Not to mention the price and quality was fantastic. The showroom is beautiful and made selecting our coutertops from their vast selection very easy. The gentlemen that came to measure was very knowledgeable and was a great help when it came to selecting the edge and corner profiles. Installers were punctual, tidy, and their work was perfect.

We had a great experience dealing with Stoneworx. My main contact was John Pacitti and he was incredibly helpful. We had a fairly tricky install because of the solid backsplash and the flush mounted cooktop. John suggested they take the cooktop so they could dry fit it to make sure the cut was precise. It fits like a glove. The backsplash looks incredible. We had a small "waterfall" piece done at the window and it took longer to get that piece perfect then the whole countertop install. Can't say enough good things about both installers - Mike and Radim. Mike did the counter and Radim did the backsplash. They were profession and clean. And John was only a phone call away to help with any issues. Highly recommended!!

Would NOT recommend this company! Spent over 4k on a Caesarstone Quartz countertop. Had it installed around September of 2017. Multiple issues noticed right away from rough edging, to dark spotty stains and even a chip. See photos below. Its been over 2 years and after multiple service visits, emails and phone calls issues are still currently unresolved. After my continued complaints were being ignored for months on end, I requested for a removal and refund. Due to my persistence I was finally offered a discount if I wanted keep it as is, or given an option to replace it with another brand. Even though I just wanted to cut ties with the company I opted for a replacement in good faith. Now I'm being told that management didn't approve of those options before they were expressed to me and the only option they were offering is to remove the countertop so they can try and fix it, than reinstall it. I think this company has gotten so big they just don't care about the quality of their products or customer service anymore. MONEY and PROFIT seems to be more important than doing a job RIGHT the first time or taking ACCOUNTABILITY for their mistakes. The word SORRY doesn't cut it at this point, your ACTIONS speaks volumes. DO NOT USE this company if you want a quality product and a quality install stress free. The amount of my personal time that I have spent trying to remedy issues with this company is unfathomable. In 2018 I had a Vicostone quartz countertop installed in my bathroom from a smaller company called Superior Bath Reno in Ajax. Flawless job never had one issue. If you live near or around Ajax I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

We love our kitchen! Thanks to many folks for their help in design and wonderful suggestions. Stoneworx was amazing! Julie at Stoneworx explained everything from the measurements for our under mount sinks to our large island with no seams.The gentleman (Tom) came with his computer and took the measurements. We were so impressed with his efficiency, professionalism and his suggestion to avoid counter seams in our pantry. Thank you!

[Edit, Edit] The reno is not done yet. I think it will look great. I'll post the good pictures after I do the backsplash. [Edit] I have changed my review. I would give four stars to all the hard workers who came to my home and did really good work. They are the true heros in this journey. There were some slight flaws that I wish could have been avoided. The seam between the two angles of the sink counter is quite visible. I may get used to it in time but I was really hoping that it wouldn't show. It's my understanding that this is an artificial product so why wasn't it produced in one piece? There was also a small measurement issue that resulted in having to remove a piece of tile from my my backsplash. (pictures to come). Overall, it was a better job than I could have done by myself. It has come to my attention that the company recently lost their receptionist and are slightly telephony challenged. They do have a customer service department but, alas, there is no option when you call their number. Franca finally called back after I left this review and sent a scathing email to [email protected]. She admitted to having heard my voicemail and offered no apologies for leaving me in a lurch. Franca cost them one star. ********. Below is my Original Comment ****** I wish there was a zero stars option. They do not have a receptionist and whomever is at ext. 320 either is on vacation or forgot how to check voice-mail. I got another call from one of the employees who mumbled their name and did not leave an extension.

Stoneworx delivered and installed my kitchen countertop today. One of the counter tops is 105" x 43". I live in a condo. They managed to get the large countertop into the moving elevator, which was challenging but they patiently persevered and ensured they did no harm to the elevator or the counter top or my condo walls. I was amazed they managed this! Both men were pleasant, polite and professional. They laid groundcloths down to ensure my floor was protected and installed the counter tops, my new sink and faucet. They worked efficiently and left no mess behind and cleaned up. They provided cleaning advice to preserve the counter top looking in top condition. I also received a follow up call shortly after ensure I was happy and further best practices on how to care and clean my countertop. Very impressive service, I highly recommend Stoneworx!

A special thank you to Nicole in the office. She made scheduling our install very easy. Armando and John did a great job of installing our new countertops. Very punctual and professional. Was referred by Home Depot to this company. I would recommend them.

So far, not happy with this company overall. Waited for MONTHS to have my counters installed, after they were measured. Install date finally arrives and a chunk of the counter can't be installed because it was cut wrong! Now, a week later, I get a call that the installation of this final piece won't be completed for another 3 weeks! If they are able to get someone out my way sooner, they may be able to get the install done quicker. How about this... GET SOMEONE OUT MY WAY SOONER! I can't complete the painting or backsplash work until the counter is fully installed, so there goes my Christmas baking this year. When I ask about compensation for this, I am told they don't offer compensation because they made a mistake, but they are fixing it. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I will never use this company again or recommend to anyone. Shame on Home Depot for using them... I will definitely be voicing my complaint with them as well. Unfortunately I have to leave one star to post this, but even that star isn't deserved.
