M	MASAKO YASUNISHI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I had purchased one Can of Blade Wash, they sent a dented one badly which the lid couldn’t close properly. I asked to exchange to Not-dented one but they refused the change, so I cancelled. It happened 2 years ago. Also in June this year, I ordered to sharpen several pairs of my scissors. One of them couldn’t cut AT ALL, which means couldn’t cut even 1 hair. I assumed the screw at the center of the scissors was too loose (somebody forgot tightening it after or before sharpening). Otherwise I can’t understand why it couldn’t cut even 1 hair… I sent them back to Deboer because I couldn’t figure out if the screw get loosed after sharpening or before. Also I asked if I can get a credit for the postage. They replied “We have resharpened it for free and will cover the cost to ship it back, but it looks like it was dropped or hit something as it had a number of nicks in the blade. We do not cover the cost of shipping to us for warranty items.” The money isn’t issue also I never dropped them nor hit them with anything after they had come back to me. If there were some nicks on the blade, which means nobody had sharpened them in the first place. Deboer Company carries a lot of good items with good price but I wasn’t pleasant with their customer service.

He sharpens clipper blades and returns them like they're new. Absolutely a solid company to deal with for product and especially service..?

I have never had an issue dealing with them and I love how fast they are to get products shipped out. If for whatever reason a product is not available they reach out and offer alternate solutions.
