Presales - good selection, patient and fair
Fabrication - great finishing
Scheduling - accomodating and on time
Installation - extremely unprofessional, questionable trade skills, poor installation
After sales - non existent, lots of brushing you away
Biggest surprise - "we don't level the countertop, we install it as is"
Biggest shock - literally yanked (not even using any tools) out a piece of the cabinet to make room for the sink, damaging the cabinet in the process, their justification " oh it's because it's chipboard"
I would only recommend fabrication but taking a risk with the after sales. However find your own installer
