★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy! Went in, asked for a few inches to be takin off with some layers and thinned out a bit...that's not what I got! She took a couple inches off and when asked if she did layers, her response was "theres already layers. I cant do more layers cuz of the length". I have been getting the same hair cut for years and no one has ever said they couldnt do layers cuz of the length! I also asked is she could straighten it for me but she had another client coming in 4 mins so didnt have time! Needless to say, i will not be goin back there!
