The insurance company did not rush me they took the time and explained well. Customers service is prime at this location. They seem to go over and above to make sure you are satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walk-in service is good, to be expected at an Autopac agency. However, I find that walk-in customers are highly prioritized and service by phone or e-mail is very slow. I thought dealing electronically would be preferred during COVID, but my transaction wasn't completed until my husband finally drove there and didn't leave until it was finished.

The girls behind the counter seem to keep changing so I am getting in the habit of setting an appointment with Kyle as I usually have multiple transactions and he is familiar with me and my stable of vehicles. He's fantastic.
