★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived there for two years and the whole experience was rather negative. The tap dripped the whole time I lived there and even after contacting the manager three times, nothing was done. Only a few parts of the wall heaters worked so in the winter time when the temperatures got below -30 Celsius, it was hard to keep the apartment warmer than 17 Celsius. Contacted the manager about it but once again there was no follow up on it.
When it came time to moving out, I broke the lease for the last month. The manager then informed me that if the apartment was rented out for the month of April, I would not have to pay the fee to break the lease. The manager then contacted me that the apartment had been rented out for the month of April and that I would not have to pay any of the fee. Then I received another call from the manager and she informed me that I would have to pay part of the fee because the apartment wasn't rented out till April 9th now. In the end we finally agreed that I would pay part of the fee even though at the beginning she said I would get the whole fee back.
Lastly, after cleaning the apartment the first time and her telling me it was not clean enough I cleaned it a second time. Then she responded with it still not being clean so I cleaned it the third time with this time getting my parents to come see if they thought it was clean. They said that it was spotless but the manager came back and said it still wasn't clean enough and that she would have to keep some of the security deposit. I then threatened legal action to get my security deposit back because the manager was clearly just trying to keep some of the security deposit. The manager then gave in and gave me back my security deposit.
Whatever you do, do not rent here.

A bonus is you have in suite laundry.

Building within walking distance for groceries and takeout food. Never had an issue that was not fixed as soon as they could arrange for it. Great at communicating anything that would effect tenants. If I ever moved back to Edmonton area, it would be the first place I checked for availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm surprised by some of the more negative reviews on here because my experience was nothing but positive. The property manager was always professional, fast-acting, and in general a pleasure to deal with (she is one of the main reasons for the five stars). The one time I had to call maintenance my request was answered immediately & the work completed the very next morning. The unit I rented was clean/well looked after and updated quite modernly for the price point. Additionally, the building is within walking distance of most day-to-day amenities. I had no problem getting my security deposit back - cleaning instructions were clear and reasonable.

The new landlord, Grace, was amazing and always made sure any issues we had were dealt with the same day or as soon as possible. The maintenance crew is also super friendly and professional. Nice clean buildings, and great people overall. We recently moved as we needed more space for our baby, otherwise we would have stayed longer!
Super close to the synergy healthcare centre, shopping, and parks. Lots of walking paths as well, overall a really nice area!

I was scared about changing owners in the middle of my lease but after a little while it felt more like home and especially talking to the new management, they actually show that they care about the place and everyone who lives there!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dawn is one of the great people I've know. She is the current management on the building. Every time I email her about inquiries and concern, she will reply back ASAP.
I heard there will be new owner of the building and a new management will be coming. Hopefully it will still be Dawn who will manage the building. She is an amazing person and you can count on her anytime.

They units are so cozy and she made me feel right at home. This is such a convenient location and great neighborhood. I look forward to making this my new home.
