Went to Burnco last week, only to have an employee named alex treat me terrible when i asked him a question about my yard he made fun of and brushed off the question saying someone else would be able to help me better, he was very rude and i will be taking my business elsewhere

Burnco Regina has a good variety of materials; however, when visited on a weekday at 10ish am, all of their gates were locked and customers were not allowed to enter or welcomed at all. This was a bit strange.

We went here to get stones for a driveway. They were super helpful, able to answer our questions and able to figure out how much stone we would need. They also have a wonderful display area so we could see the product laidout. We will be going back here for future projects!

These guys had a product that I spent a ton of time looking for. Rickie-Lee made a small sale to me seem like the most important part of her day and was extremely helpful. I highly recommend.

Unfortunately I have to give one star if I could I would give negative 5 stars. The lady there was so beyond rude! She looked so annoyed that she actually had to get off her butt and help a customer, looked at my husband with attitude Googly eyes every word he said. I was seconds from blasting her one. When we went in to pay she was swearing like a sailor! All around terrible personality, customer service, and business. Will never come here again. (The lady with the tattoos was nice, wish she was the one that helped us)

Great service! We are presently in the process of sorting out supplies for our landscaping project (residential home) and checked out Burnco. We were greeted and welcomed by Sheena - service rep - who was freindly and knowlegable with any questions we had. She didn't complain once about the PLUS 40 DEGREE heat while touring the yard and was very patient with our indecisivess when it came to making decisions. It was also helpful to be able to have a visual with several products laid out in large area, to give one a sense of what the final product may look like. Thank you Sheena for the great service.

Highly recommend this business. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I have. Most landscape places don't want to deal with you if your not a contractor. That is not the case with Don and his staff. They gave me great ideas, step by step best practices to follow and helped me threw the whole process. My yard turned out beautiful and I have D and J Paving to thank for it. I would also like to give Janine a big thank you as well. Great help in my project. If you think your paying less somewhere else, its because your getting poor quality product and no help or direction to do it right. Great place to shop!

Public Service Announcement for all you Regina folks who purchase products from Burnco, Regina. We had been to the Regina location on Saturday, July 7th pricing out materials for our backyard project. The lovely gal who assisted us was helpful and we ended up purchasing several items, including a huge bale of cedar mulch. We had our truck and fully intended to take the goods home but were told they would deliver this for free. We were pleased with that offer, arranged delivery for Friday afternoon, July 13th, paid for all the items by credit card and left. We delayed our yardwork, rescheduled our plans and eagerly awaited the delivery scheduled. All seemed good.... This morning my husband received a call and was informed the delivery would not arrive unless a $105 delivery charge was paid TODAY. My husband and the caller had a conversation...explaining we had come with a truck and would've taken the materials last week had delivery not been free. Chris was told, "that was an error". The error was made by Burnco, their practise or lack of adequate staff training - none of which would be the customer's responsibility. Naturally, the caller did not have the authority to address this matter so my husband requested to speak to the manager - not available. Chris requested a prompt call back from the manager. Ten minutes later another individual called back (claimed to be a Supervisor). Again the situation was discussed. Again Burnco demanded $105 delivery charge or the delivery would be cancelled. This form of extortion is poor business practice. Companies such as Burnco are completely capable of absorbing the cost of their mistake but opted to extort additional funds from a customer - A customer who was willing and had the means to take the product home last week but agreed to delay our plans to accommodate Burnco's delivery nearly one week later.
