When I called to check that Stitch It Yorkdale was open today (Sunday) and if they did same day repairs, the lovely lady who answered the phone assured me that they’d be happy to take a look at the garment to see what they could do. A short time later we arrived - the lady was busy working on an item in the back but the soft spoken, kind gentleman who assisted us assured us that the work could be done same day (for a very small surcharge). One hour later and the jacket was repaired - almost invisible mending but clearly quality work done to fix the large and angled rip. Was delighted with the repair and the cost was very reasonable, especially considering the fact that it was fixed so quickly. Best of all, though, we’re the two staff members who were so professional, friendly and kind. Would highly recommend Stitch It Yorkdale for your garment repair needs.

I later realized that the entire bottom half of the dress was coming undone. I took it to StichIt right away they did an incredible job reinforcing the seam. They matched the dress’s color stiching exactly. They also fixed my dress within one hour so I could still wear it to the holiday event the next day. What a relief and outstanding customer service

She is super friendly and knows exactly what I want to have done. The work is finished on time and exceptionally well!! I have had my pants shortened and dresses resized and have never had any issues. Highly recommend!!

I had a lot of trousers which needed fixing so, I was surprised on how fast I was able to pick up my items. Price range is pretty standard and they get the job done right. Definitely would recommend going here if you need anything to be repaired or altered at nearly an instant!
