As we had to deal with several retail stores during our renovation, Steve's was the best experience. A small flaw with one of the fixtures (a manufacturer's issue) was fixed without us having to follow up. Thanks and we'll be back for our next lighting project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off I am not one to leave reviews anywhere, but my wife and I have been to Steve’s lighting twice now both times have been treated very poorly by the staff. This most recent time we went in looking to buy multiple fixtures as we are doing a full renovation. The staff was rude and very reluctant to help and made sassy comments saying “it looks like you have no idea what you want” while we looking through a catalog. We were trying to support a small local business during covid but I guess we will place an order on wayfair. Won’t be coming back here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the below comment, same experience. Try to shop local to support local, first three steps in the door “just so you know we don’t stock anything” and then “we don’t know how long the wait is” then “sir, you’re confusing me, what are you looking for”
Real simple enquiry about single head wall lights. As I’m walking out another gent asking about lights he ordered 7 weeks ago, guy behind the counter rude with him (separate person talking to me)
I’ll stick to ordering online and supporting Amazon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service! Had to replace my island lamp shades. The ones I needed had to be ordered, and as soon as they came in I got an email to let me know. They were very personable and accommodating, they even helped me to get the boxes to my car. They have a good selection of wall lighting, and table and floor lamps. As well as other dealers they can order from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I’ve probably passed this store a 1000 times over the years, I’ve never visited until today. I needed a particular light bulb cover, and although it wasn’t in stock, the manager graciously offered me the floor model—at a generous discount. They even disposed of the old, broken cover for me.
I highly recommend a visit to this illustrious store. The ambience is brilliant—even incandescent. I am confident they will address any lighting need you may have. Finally, the sales staff were efficient, courteous, and youthful!
