She's extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all my questions - from the simple and mundane through to the complex. She provides good advice and suggestions and makes me feel important. All her staff, whether through e-mail, on the phone, or in person are pleasant and caring and helpful. Anyone would be in good hands to use her services.

As the executor of three estates, I benefited enormously when the knowledgeable staff at Sterling Financial Accounting Services prepared and filed the tax and accounting information required for each estate. In each instance, Tanya and her staff dealt effectively with unexpected and somewhat unusual tax issues. Staff members were always competent, helpful and courteous. The fees for these outstanding services were much less than I had expected. I recommend Sterling Financial Accounting Services very highly. I only wish I lived in Victoria so I could take full advantage of their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff at Sterling have been so helpful in dealing with my mum's estate tax filing. Even so much as to give me a heads up call on a large tax amount due this year that would have resulted in a significant penalty had I not had the time to arrange for the payment! On my earlier in person visits at the start of the process, I always left confident and reassured that I was being looked after at a very emotional time.
