β β β β β First we called to discuss our situation and see if they'd be the right fit for our business and personal needs. We left a message and never received a call back. We then used their contact form on their website, which allowed us to schedule a call. That worked and we had a discussion with James, who was extremely nice, so we decided to go with them. Once our documents from our previous firm had been transferred over, we heard nothing. We tried to contact them over the following weeks, but never received any responses. Feeling ignored, we decided to go with someone else.

β β β β β I had dealings with James and his team for the past two years. Within that time it was a challenge to get in contact with them. My taxes were late and I ended up paying a late fee with no explanation from James. This year my year end has come and gone with no word from Ion accounting. They have ignored my emails and phone calls. They deleted all my information on the xero platform with no explanation. Now I'm stuck with sourcing out a new accountant and having to pay another late fee. DO NOT USE ION ACCOUNTING.

β β β β β Seven weeks ago I send in my tax date with instructions how to handle it. No word since then although I have called five times with no return call. Each time I call I am told someone will call me back. To date no one has. I have also send them over six e-mails with no response! April 24th,2022 is the present date.
