G	Gervend Bajan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and unhelpful customer service. They never came to pick up as per schedule. Just asking for fees to reschedule. It seems that they take advantage that they are the only one for this area and, probably, sustained by the government officials, but for sure by the regulation. Anyone responsible for their behavior and action?
L	Liza Savage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed a contract with this company for yearly service . The first pick up went fine . The following year I received an email indicating we have an overdue invoice. I called the company the same day and informed the rep that we had not yet received service so I think the invoice was sent in error , she agreed and told me to pay it after I received the service. 2 Weeks later I received another email saying they are sending our company to collections over this overdue invoice. I emailed back so tha I had it in writing this time . This particular rep Terri informed me that they collect the payment first and then i could call for service when i was ready . I replied the same day and asked her to call me the very next day for the new Credit Card info as our previous card had been compromised. Instead of calling me for payment she put our company into a collections agency!!!!!!!!! When The collections agency called I gave them payment right away . I then called for my services 2 1/2 weeks later and they said I was not a client and I did not make payment . I got passed around for 1.5 hours and couldn't hear half of the calls as I believe the calls must be outsourced to a different country where the employees have no authorization to help their clients. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE!!!!!!!!
