Chris Willerton is the man to talk to for all your rental needs! Super friendly, informative and on the ball for following up on updates on available inventory. Any and or all questions I ask he has the honest answer! Wasn't expecting a call so soon after just dropping off our T450 for a service check, but got a call less than 24 hours from Rob saying we were back in business! Thanks Rob for the quick turnaround! Alex from Service, nothing else to say but "You da'man!" Awesome guy to chat with, experienced in explaining all questions pertaining to operations. We'll eventually get to know everyone from all departments! Overall experience is just great, outstanding and fantastic dealing/working with all the guys and gals at Bobcat of Toronto. These people are crooks. Do not use them for service calls. They charge credit cards without your authorization. Over priced parts and service. give you a verbal quote than you get the bill with hundreds more added to it. If you need your machine service than look for another service department. DO NOT USE THIS ONE. I will be making a complain to the bank today regarding the credit card issue. Nobody is allowed to charge a card without your approval.

I used Bobcat Brampton for their rental services. I dealt with Chris in the rental department office and he was fantastic. The staff in the yard was extremely helpful and friendly. I cannot emphasize how impressed I was at the level of professionalism and courtesy all the the staff demonstrated. The customer service here is absolutely exceptional. Based on my two rental experiences, I would absolutely purchase a piece of equipment here in the future based off how well I was treated and valued. I will continue to use this location for any additional rental needs. A++ service, thanks so much!

If your interested in purchasing a machine, ask for Ryan Durkin. After putting the deposit for my machine in November to secure fall promotional pricing, my business was secured. Delivery was set for March. During the course of the winter, Ryan answered all my questions with priority and kept working for me until the day my machine was delivered. Usually once a salesman secures the sale, they stop putting forth that extra effort. Not Ryan. Highly recommend.

If you want to get ripped off, go to this service center! We have been using them for past 5 years and every time the service is worse and worse, mechanics both mobile & in shop are very limited with their knowledge. We even purchased used machines from them that would last 50 hrs and engine would blow up. When servicing machines, they will list 50 different things that need to be replaced instead of diagnosing the actual problem, and will charge you crazy money for wrong diagnosis that a basic auto mechanic can diagnose better. Spent 10s of thousands of dollars there, cannot say anything good about this place. Very sad to say about the main GTA Bobcat dealership. Go out of town, other service centers will respect you as a costumer and seem to have mechanics with a lot more experience and knowledge. This place just gets worse every year... DO NOT GO

I am writing to you to explain how displeased we have been with the customer service and purchase of our tractor. We purchased the tractor in July of 2021 for roughly $24000. We ordered a snowblower attachment for the tractor in August of 2021 approximately $6000. Both were paid in full by cheque. Steve made us aware at the time of purchase we could expect to receive the snow blower attachment part within 60 to 90 days. We received a 15% coupon valid on a purchase with Bobcat expiring December of 2021. We sent the picture of the coupon to Steve on September 16, 2021. At this time we were told a cheque would be sent. 90 days had past and when we reached out we were told by Steve we could expect the part by mid December. Speaking with Steve in January he again reassured us that we would be reimbursed for the 15% coupon. The part did not come until March of 2022. the whole point of purchasing the snowblower was to be able to clean the snow from the driveway of our rural home. Instead we were forced to scoop and move snow. This lead to more hours being on the machine. Steve arranged to have the tractor picked up on March 17, 2022... We pulled out the machine and left it in the driveway. No one showed. It was then arranged that the tractor would be picked up on March 21, 2022 and returned within three days. It is now April 22, 2022 and we still have no machine. Spoke to someone in parts last week they said the part was lost and he would order another one. We have also been told by Steve that the coupon expired and will not be honoured. The coupon was given to him on September 16, 2021 long before expiry. We were also told by Steve that the oil change would be covered because we had to use more hours then we should have. He has also declined to do this. We are now trying to prep our garden for the summer, we can't. For a big corporation like Bobcat I would expect some type of customer service and a machine with all its parts. After spending $30000 I would like to have in my possession what we paid for almost a year ago. I would like to resolve this issue, we are getting the run around from Steve.
