Thanks for your response, if your employee took 5 minutes of her time to listen we would not have an issue even if you did not provide the service. We do not have any issues with our current provider, they just happened to give rates that we did not accept and were looking for a better rate. You did pick ups for us in the past and your account was paid in full when it was asked of us. We have had continuous business with GFL for close to 14 years, learn some business etiquette and dont hang the phone up on people and yell that you dont want their business who simply call to follow up about a quote that your sales person mentioned he would give, we did not go chasing after you, he approached us and asked if we would like to do business with your company.
