★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for a poor management, that is grossly delayed in completion time and wildly over budget you have found it! Grascan was hired by the City of Toronto to complete a pedestrian bridge in the Liberty Village area. They are now... 2 YEARS behind schedule (lol, have you ever been 2 years behind on a deliverable?). Anyways, this absolutely embrassing undertaking is still not complete. The lesson? Don't hire Grascan they're still busy working on projects they started 4 years ago...
