The spa is very clean and cozy and smells delightful with all the natural soaps and bath bombs that she sells as well. Thank you for the great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been skeptical of laser hair removal for quite some time now because I have previously attempted laser hair removal with plenty of pain and absolutely no gain. With only 3 sessions of laser hair removal with Susana I no longer need to shave!!! The best part is that Susana uses the newest laser hair removal technology with a cooling feature so that you feel no pain! Susana is always so professional and takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and that you know what to expect. I'm looking forward to trying other laser skin treatments with Susana as well. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previous to coming to Steps To a New You, I had laser hair removal done else where. The treatments were painful and not working for me. Susana did a test spot on me to ensure it would work for my body, and for me.
I was quite impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, Susana's professional but disarming manner, and also that she would do a test spot! I was also impressed that it didn't hurt, and also didn't leave my super sensitive skin, red and painful for an hour or so after.
Since this first experience I have had many treatments done by Susana and always enjoy my times in the office, since I have an anxiety disorder it can be difficult to feel comfortable in a place. Susana has always made me feel super comfortable.
I highly recommend Susana, and refer people to her often!
