Wow, this place is perfection! I had a vein treatment done by Des and ladies she is so nice, knows her stuff and the place is very professional looking! The staff is super friendly and help you out with all your questions I felt very comfortable! I highly recommend this place and will be passing along friends to Des! I'm super excited to see the results and will definitely be back for more! Thanks again Des! -Lindsay

Des has been the growing expert of that business and is so knowledgeable in all the state of the art treatments they offer. She is constantly updating her education and maintaining the medical esthetician’s trend as it evolves. Aging, acne, scars etc., plague most of us and she has made me feel so beautiful again. Her laughter and her joyous personality is such a bonus because she is the full package in this industry.

In just six sessions I really saw a difference and my hair growth has changed drastically. I used to always have to search for solutions to manage my hair growth but now I don’t even have to give it a second thought. If you’re looking to get hair removal done I’d definitely recommend Fresh Look!

K	Keiara Montgomery on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a consultation via zoom where I was told by the doc that I would only need one treatment (1500.00$) that she doesn’t leave her patients unhappy and will ensure I get what I am looking for and won’t have to pay for more then the initial. That if patient aren’t happy she will do a free treatment afterwards. Unfortunately I went back in because I wasn’t seeing results, I just wanted to talk about my treatment and what my best options were. To my surprise I was with Desiree for my face to face and she made me feel so small, basically saying she can’t give away deals ( I didn’t ask for anything) That herself for the same treatment needed 3 try’s to get results… had I known this I wouldn’t have paid what I did for one treatment because again in my consult I was told I only needed one. Also Desiree told me she would get back to me after she talked to the doc and of course no one reached out to me. I feel like I flushed 1500.00 down the drain. The unprofessionalism and undermining that I received was something I had never experienced before. I should mention that for my actual treatment I enjoyed the staff and she was lovely. I will never go back to fresh looks and will not refer anyone to go there for treatments. Save your money and go to someone who actually cares about your end results. These treatments are expensive to not get any results.
