Carissa is an RMT through the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). She believes in open communication with her clients and works to help them with both acute & chronic pain relief, improved mobility, stress reduction, and improvement in mental well-being. She also aims to provide an inclusive space to build a genuine relationship with everyone that comes through her door.
Carissa uses a combination of techniques to get the best results for her clients depending on their needs including therapeutic, deep tissue, and kinetic massage. Her treatments are individualized based on what her clients and their bodies tell her.
When she isn't working, Carissa enjoys spending time with her fur-family, doing DIY projects around her little house, and gardening/trying to keep her houseplants alive.
