**Mackenzie Harty, R.M.T. sends the receipt information to your insurance company to have reimbursement sent to you within a few days, but takes payment from you at the time of treatment. All remaining therapists direct bill. )
Cancellations: Things happens...consequences are a case by case basis :) Please, give us as much time as you can (preferably 24 hours) so we can fill your spot...this is our income of course. We will charge the full amount in cases of failure to show to your scheduled appointment time as we reserve that time for you.

Mackenzie is very friendly but not chatty during the session, which is just what I prefer. Technique-wise is very good, the taste of light music is also good. I would schedule sessions in the future.

It had been a while since I went to see her & no one did a massage like her. I live a somewhat active life and she has full knowledge of how the body should & shouldn't move. Mackenzie Harty is my RMT and she is indisputably one of the most gifted and proficient masseuses I've ever had. She's cordial, humorous and very insighful. Her body of work is unparalleled and always a consummate professional with me. In addition to that she provides discerning expertise and is very heedful ,when working on areas of the body that is inflamed and sensitive.
