★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a nice place to live with good neighbors this is a nice place . Be aware I had the experience , as well as several other people, Regina Housing does enter the apartment without notice from time to time.while I was renting from them they were on a eviction notice spree. In one case Regina Housing told lies about her. Even with proof of what Housing was saying they won at the hearing with the rentalman office. If this person would of had the money she would of appealed their decision with the Court of Queens Bench. Even if the case was lost it would make it look bad for the rentalman office and Regina Housing in future hearings as I'm sure it would of been brought to the judge's attention of it in my opinion illegal evictions.
