It's a cute, small family run restaurant but they offer a wide variety of dishes at affordable prices! The food is AMAZING. My partner and I are obsessed with their dutch western sandwiches- we order them every week! And they always go the extra mile for their customers- especially regulars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to the Pioneer Restaurant since it originally opened by the parents who sold the business after running it for years...they went home to Greece...I tried the new owners and the breakfast was NOT the same...the original owners came back to Bradford about 10 years and bought the restaurant back and I've been back for breakfast every weekend & sometimes through the week...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the first time I've visited Pioneer Restaurant, I've been here before a couple of times for their chicken souvlaki dinners. The place could use a few upgrades, besides that, the food is good and for a decent price!
However, I did notice that the lady plating our food this time was using her bare hands to assemble and separate the lettuce on the plate, which for me is a huge turn off. I am used to seeing the employees at restaurants wearing gloves when plating, or using tongs to grab the lettuce and toppings. I watched the lady plate my food and even caught her using the back of her hand to rub her nose! To me, this is unhygienic and is also big risk to spread germs and get sick! It's a shame I had to witness this, because I really enjoyed their food.
