★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flavour is on point. The hot sauce they give you hits the spot. The rice is delicious. I ordered jerk chicken. My only complaint was that the chicken was not as juicy and it didn't fall off the bone. That would have made this spot a 5 star. But honestly in the area it is probably the best carribean food. If you live in Newmarket/Aurora I would say it's worth the drive.
I would feel confident in the curries after tasting the flavour of the jerk chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to share my recent experience at the Bradford Caribbean Cuisine. I really enjoy a following of Caribbean food especially Jerk Chicken in which I have eaten from Jamaica, Toronto and GTA. I am not a resident of Bradford, however I passed by and noticed their sign and I went in. I was greeted with a very clean restaurant and a gentleman behind the counter. I ordered Jerk Chicken, which I found to be exceptional with great spice and heat, the rice and peas with oxtail gravy was excellent as well. I have since been back to try the curry chicken, curry shrimp, oxtail and goat, which was also amazing. i will continue to eat at this establishment. I certainly encourage anyone who appreciates good Caribbean food to give them a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best jerk chicken I have tasted in years! The owner came out and greeted us and knew we were going to be blown away by this cooking. Store was beautifully clean and service was quick and delightful. It has been years since I have tasted any spice rub in chicken that has tempted me daily. Next up? Curry chicken. Try it...you will love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Number one spot in Bradford for Caribbean cuisine. The food is delicious and flavourful. Taste like home made!!! Only problem I have is I've gone back all week and they are closed. No note on the front door and says open on Google. I was hoping their would be take out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ But I had goat roti. What I was served was a microwaved piece of bread that was starting to get hard immediately and about five pieces of goat. Plus a soft drink for almost $20. She's such a sweet old lady but the prices have to be adjusted. I was still starving after I finished and had to go to Subway to eat something. I know that Caribbean food is usually quite expensive but if it's up and above what I'm used to paying for the little bit that I got. Taste and quality seem to be decent but $18 for a sample of goat with hard bread from the microwave did not impress.
