Our group was approached by a staff member to put our children’s water bottles away, belonging to a 2 and 3 year old. We should not have to pay for something as essential as water.
R	Roman Birman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called my friends from Richmond hill and we decided to book a lane in Stellar Lanes bowling for 7pm on Saturday March 20th, We came on time but our spot was still busy we wait for another 15 min. The place was full, it was very hot and uncomfortable. We asked to reduce air conditioning but been refused. Almost in the end of our game the play was disrupted we been explained that our time is up and we need to leave. We asked to finish the game like they allow to previous group and we been refused. Unfair and rude. Never will go again And not recommending to you guys. The booking was made under my wife's name, I wrote that review mostly for you as an owner to learn and get feedback from clients. Instead of making real investigation and find out what was wrong in your service. You are trying to find way out. I'm not obligated to write you an emails with any explanation since you are own me apology for my wasted evening and bad experience.
B	Boi Peeqap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only giving 2 stars. Our party consisted of mainly toddlers and they asked to remove our own water bottles?! And place is claiming family friendly?! Imagine the irony...
E	Emilia Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very cozy bowling alley, great for families and friends. Came the first time on a weekend with a group of friends who knew how to bowl. Firstly, was so interested in their system as it lets you take a bowler profile photo, shows you bowling speed and stats, AND lets you chat with other lanes! Each lane comes with a little coat hanging area below the counter where drinks and food have to stay. They also have automatic hand sanitizers spaced out and the worker was kind enough to refill it for us when it ran out (although it turned out the dispensing mechanism had broke). Masks were enforced as it was mandatory at the time. Compared to other alleys, the balls were definitely not as “oily” which I do not complain about. The space is a little tight, meaning you do have to share with others which isn’t much of a problem as long as everyone is civil. We ordered multiple pitchers of beers, the poutine looked ridiculously small for the price. Came a second time on a Sunday with family who did not know how to bowl. There was a free shoe rental deal after 7PM. Definitely less people than the first visit, and a much more family oriented crowd. Had some weird unsolicited messages from other lanes via the system chat feature but we just ignored it. Overall, decent alley with a good atmosphere. Would come again as it is the only choice close to us.

I have been nipped by timed bowling slots in the past, and the gentleman at the desk was helpful and put us in for 90 minutes. This place was busy for an otherwise quiet Monday night, and looks like a popular spot! Liked that there are both 5-pin and 10-pin options. Super comfortable shoes. Thanks for an overall great experience.

Newmarket was definitely not close by but worth a shot and we are so pleased with choosing this place. The carpet was the first thing you see as you step in and it's an awesome choice. The place is spotless and the staff the friendliest you'll find. Kathy helped me get 4 hungry teenagers fed. She made suggestions which helped us get different choices with the appetizer platter. The food fresh and tasty. The lanes were clean, the equipment up to par. Thank you Greg for offering extended time. Will definitely be back! Highly recommended.
B	Buggy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fun glow in the dark bowling experience. You will need to pre book a time and pay in full online using PayPal. Lanes and equipment are well kept. Be prepared to patiently wait as they are unfortunately understaffed. Ordered chicken fingers and fries, I recommend hold the chicken and only get the fries.
