Came for a birthday party and had a wonderful host, Anastasia, really made it a enjoyable experience from helping with laser tag to bowling, and helping in with the party room. However Manager Ryan needs more training on how to deal with guests his attitude and tone with people was very rude and unpleasant.

It was my first visit to the bowling place in the GTA area, surprisingly this place was more than just bowling. You can have many video games, board games and laser tag too. The staff is also super friendly. A lot of parking area. Clean washroom. Drinks and foods are also available. The only thing I find uncomfortable is bowls of bowling. Some of them are too heavy with large holes and some are good in weight but holes are too small for a medium guy thump.

I have been coming here with my friends for about 4-5yrs, I have liked this spot a lot which is why we kept coming back, but unfortunately, I have experienced racism from this ill mannered, short, skinny, black haired named Rahaj (he claimed to be the manager) (PHOTOS ARE INSERTED) (I do believe he’s from south Asian) To behonest, I have been here with my coloured friends and as well as my white friends who are blonde and red haired. After a few months later, I came back to spend and played bowling with my family on a family holiday WE BOOKED IT FOR 2hrs, (we are browned asian skinned coloured people) he came to us and said that food wasn’t allowed which I was okay with it, because I understand he’s only doing his job, but when I brought out the fact that why does he only allow white people to bring their own food, he didn’t allow the regulations towards them, he doesn’t say anything to them at all. Awhile back, I came with my 2 WHITE friends, and have had 2 boxes of pizza ordered from the outside of the building (I didn’t know the regulations at the time) I was with my white friends, but I do remember the Indian man named Rajah, same exact person, he served us and had seen it the boxes of pizzas, but didn’t say anything to my white friends who are blonde and red haired. After a few months later, I came back to spend and played bowling with my family on a holiday he came to us and said that food wasn’t allowed which I was okay with it (Instead he kicked us out on our 1hr and 13mins into OUR 2HOURS booked time, we packed our 3 small box of food and did listen to the policy of that building) but when I brought out the fact that why does he only allow white people to bring their food, he didn’t complaint towards them, he doesn’t say anything to them at all, he walked away when I mentioned that and went in the back (staffs at the back) (of course who wouldn’t be upset, I am a coloured person myself, I did cuss ONLY AFTER he walked away MORE THAN 3 times, he wasn’t trying to hear anything and probably didn’t know how to deal with a situation, but instead he Manipulated the situation by saying I’m drunk when he knew I wasn’t. I have spent over $500 for food and PLUS $305 for the 2 sections of BOWLING, that’s $805 in total for my family (as I mentioned earlier I came with my family for a family holiday) It isn’t non of the other workers business which I totally understand, but non of them tried to understand the situation. I am hoping as a decent normal human being, he should’ve done his job as a MANAGER like he claimed to be, instead of being a racist person. (he’s ugly on the inside and outside, a person such a Rajah, will never be happy with him self and in life because clearly his parents did not teach him how to treat a coloured person such as himself, he will never be happy in life if he’s going to continue to be racist and be a disgusting human being! I do hope that you may brought this attention to him and that he doesn’t do this in the future with coloured people. (This is my first time writing review toward a person)

Pros: a great place to play bowling and arcade for friends and family gathering, nice bar area for basic food and drinks. Food price is fair and tastes not bad, a double stacked burger and fries costs me only $15 which is pretty reasonable. Cons: all the service staff I encountered have a disappointing service attitude, especially the bartender man is considered rude and impolite to customers, it strongly worsen our customer experience here. The total price for 2-hour bowling includes shoes rental (6 ppl) is around $200 which is not cheap but kinda acceptable. Other: laser tag is just ok/average overall in terms of price and experience. Arcade machines are pretty up-to-date. Recommended. Repeat: Maybe, only if the service improves.

One of the best bowling tracks we’ve been to, we’ll maintained and very clean. The arcade section isn’t the best but has some interesting games such as the basketball and the 3D motorcycle game. The food isn’t good and costs more than it should. Parking could be a challenge.

Nice place for big and small parties. They have also space for kids bday party, arcade an laser tag room. The laser tag room doesn't look big. The bowling part is really big. They have 2 rooms and around 35 lanes in total, I was there on a busy day and the wait time was 30min. the Food area has enough tables for everyone, food and drinks are nice and not that expensive.

We’re invited here for a birthday party , and I would say everyone had a blast ! It was our first time there and I was surprised how well organized play areas are , and staff were very helpful . We tried all the attractions , bowling , arcades and laser room . Party rooms conveniently located near the sitting area , and you can seat outside and wash the kids while they enjoying the birthday treats . One thing I believe they should change the videos clips on the main screens in bowling area( make it more neutral ) , I wouldn’t pay attention honestly until one of the pointed it out .

GOOD TIME❤️?We enjoyed an hour at the bowling alley and it was fun. The vibes was fun and energetic. It’s better to go on the weekends so you would be able to have the enthusiastic public around you. Waiting time is fine, and food & beverages are available on-site. There’s arcade & laser tag (which I’ve tried but would definitely try when I visit again)
