PRO CLIMATE

Well we had been trying to get someone to move some heating ducts so that we could get our basement development completed. Sam and mike we first of all ON TIME!! When we had requested a quote armando was on time and actually showed up!! The other high profile company who claimed to be on time, twice fail to even show up and only call a few minutes prior to the appointment to cancel. After the second time we decided to try Pro climate and were very happy that we did. The were on time, pleasant, efficient, cleaned up when they were done and did extra repairs that they saw at no charge to us. The were innovative in doing repairs and modifications that improve the ease at which I was able to complete the development of our basement. Air vents that were 3 feet from the wall and would have blocked the window to a future bedroom were moved about 32 inches to give us a clear view out the window and made it easy to box them in. They moved the return air vent from the ceiling and placed two air vents closer to for level. One in the bedroom and the other in the Family Room. The single vent along the main beam was also moved closer to the beam and with other adjustments my wife and I were so happy with what we were able to do with the extra room in the bedroom. We also had a oven hood vent installed in our future kitchen which we were not planning to do right away but they convinced us that we would be able to save both time and money if we did it at the same time. So we did, what a great idea! Thanks! The one other thing that they did on the way out was that they noticed a floor pipe that appeared broken. Karl went back to his truck and came back with some pipes. Sam and mike replaced the pipe and just said it would work better this way, all at no extra charge. You two guys did such a great job and you sense of humor made my day go by much quicker as I was working on a project in the bathroom. We would definitely use your services again. Oh by the way we also inquired about having air conditioner added to our home and Armando called a short time after they left and said that it would be far easier and cheaper if you got it done sooner rather than later. Good advice as my wife and I are planning to get a quote in the next week or so to see what will work best for us. Keep up the good work pro climate great people, great work!!

Pro climate team came out today and removed two old hot water tanks and installed an on-demand water heater(tankless). they did a fantastic job on routing all the supply lines, vents and drains. The team was very polite, fast and craftsmen in their trade. I would highly recommend them.

I submitted a request for work on pro climate website Sunday afternoon at about 3:00 pm & I immediately received a response from Armando The job wasn't an emergency, but it was definitely treated like one! By 6pm on a sunday evening, Sam tech that completed the job was on time, professional, knowledgable & courteous. Further to the above & before I committed to the job, Armando  took the time to explain to me over the phone the differences between Furnaces , and why they would install the one they did. Overall the price charged was reasonable & the level of service was excellent. I would definitely recommend Pro climate for a Furnace installation

Pro climate installed two new air conditioners, two new electronic air filters and two new waters tanks in my home. I found their advice during the quoting process to be very educational. They helped me select the right options for my home (not the most expensive ones). The installation tech's were punctual and professional. They kept me informed throughout the installation process and left my home in a cleaner state then they found it.

The gentleman that came and serviced our furnace was very knowledgeable and professional. He tested several things while completing the service as well as after, to ensure our furnace wouldn't cut out again. He tried to find the least cost service to charge us for when complete, so it was nice we weren't 'gouged' for the service work done.

Pro climate installers did an AMAZING job on my furnace! They were on time, clean, courteous, and efficient. I got 2 other quotes for high-efficiency Carrier gas furnaces from local companies, both of which were a little lower but only had a 1-year parts & labour warranty. With Pro climate, I received 10 years of parts and labour with free maintenance as well! Plus, they had 24 months of interest-free financing, which made things a little easier on us financially. Everyone was so helpful, I would DEFINITELY recommend Pro climate to all my friends and family!

My existing furnace was 21 years old. It was time to get a replacement. I decided on a top-of-the-line Carrier. Alex and Sam as available for questions at any time. They asked a few but mostly just worked to get the job done. Throughout the whole process, they were very courteous and hard working. It was a pleasure having them in my house doing this job. When they fired up the new furnace, I knew I had made the right decision. Looking over the completed job, I had one concern, and that was the placement of the water discharge line from the furnace. When I voiced my concern, they changed the location immediately without even questioning me about it. I am completely satisfied with the work done and am happy I made the decision to replace my old furnace.

We had an existing garage heater that died and needed to be replaced. Mike was excellent to deal with. Made an appointment to come and look at the existing setup and give us a quote. The crew that came to remove (and haul away) the dead heater and install the new heater did an amazing job. On-time, polite and left the garage spotless. mike the installation crew and the electrician were fantastic to deal with. And best of all, the final bill came in at the quote given. I would hire Shift Pro climate again and would recommend them to anyone.
