★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 June 2022 - Regarding Matt Kuzma - Licensed Home Inspector Lic#76427 - Stellar Home Inspections. I would like everyone to know that Matt was the most approachable, professional, thorough, pleasant person that I have dealt with in a long time. He provided an extremely thorough detailed 17 page report on the inspection of our Mobile Home that we purchased. His recommendations were clear and concise and gave us an exact idea as to what repairs should take priority. He crawled under the unit and took pictures so we could see what needed to be done and also climbed up to the roof and took pictures as well as the rest of the property. Those of us who require Home Inspections are very lucky to have people like Matt as the Owner & Inspector of Stellar Homes , with his incredible and varied experience, knowledge and Education. He subsequently provided his written report in a timely fashion. In addition to identifying existing problems, Matt provided us with possible solutions and areas where ongoing monitoring and/or servicing would be prudent in order to avoid future problems.
