★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough good things about Pierre at Silhouette Building Inspections. From the beginning he was extremely responsive and easily contactable. He completed an incredibly thorough building inspection for a house my SO and I bought in Victoria. The inspection was so thorough that we were able to use it to get a significant amount of money as 'cash back' upon closing. My father who flips houses for a living said it was the best inspection report he has seen to date. Pierre was happy to speak with him on the phone in depth and discuss possible plans of action for updates that were needed. We will DEFINITELY be using this company again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pierre of Silhouette Vuilding Inspections recently performed a home inspection for us. He was professional, courteous, and it didn't feel like we had a stranger walking through our home. Pierre was full of great information and suggestions as it pertained to our somewhat unique situation.
The final report was provided in a timely manner, clearly formatted and easy to read with supporting pictures of any items he had found. Great Service!
