★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small rehearsal rooms and I believe a recording g studio.. very pricey for what you get.. but that being said , there is a shortage of rehearsal studios for bands and musicians...the facility is clean and well managed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great studio Dan Dean is a great engineer and producer. I highly recommend the studio if you're wanting to put out a demo or record your band Live and if your drummer's not cutting the mustard I hear you can hire Mike Fraser to come in and do your drums for you
