★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice, knowledgeable and patient staff. Whenever I go there I always ask a lot of questions but fortunately they always know what's what. I had a question about the ohms in my coil one day and one of the staff went out of her way and emailed me a detailed explanation about it as well as a few links to articles that went into even more detail. I feel like a valued customer. The selection is good too, and presented well. I dont go anywhere else for my vape stuff so I cant compare but I always get the flavours and stuff that I'm looking for so that's good enough for me. Thanks monkey brains!

Today was no different. I had the absolute pleasure of being able to speak with Olivia this afternoon, the Online Manager. I was extremely satisfied with how my conversation with her had progressed; not only did Olivia do an amazing job at clarifying my situation, which was ultimately out of her control, she also went above and beyond and offered me a solution which I was very grateful for. I order from out-of-province, and I will continue to be a loyal customer of this superb company, solely based on the fact that it shows how important customer satifaction is to them. (very professional and kind person) Ill more than likely be ordering from them from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable staff even helped me when I'd made a payment mistake. Not huge error but my order may not have arrived at all if we hadn't worked on it together. My order arrived ìn two days to Vancouver! Great staff, patient & in touch with their products.
PS Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that it's pretty hard to be 'perfect' - now if they had store in Vancouver.... I haven't ordered for awhile but about to take advantage by putting together a product list/order today.
