There was lots of product to choose from, and he definitely knows what customer service is about! This kind man not only knew what I needed right away and had it in stock but went above and beyond by giving me a couple free. This place knows how to keep their customers satisfied, thank you so very much for your generosity, I will be a returning customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top notch service and expertise. You'll be hard pressed to find a bigger and better selection of E Liquid and Pods anywhere else in the city. Great design, modern, and clean interior. Not to mention the best reward systems/stamp cards in the city. Number one for sure, i drive well out of my way to give Amsterdam my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys that own the shop are super nice and super helpful and always helping me choose new different flavors of juice. I love how whatever question I asked they had a very detailed answer about the devices and juice they carry. The only vape shop me and my boyfriend Thomas go to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to the area about 6 months ago and initially had been traveling the 25 minutes to my regular vape shop until one day when I couldn't make the trip. I've not visited another vape shop since.
The service is great and the staff alone would earn 5 stars! I've since made it a regular stop for my mom and my brother!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time and time again I am blown away by the amazing service I recieve at this shop. The owners are both so knowledgable and friendly, the selection is fantastic, the store has a sweet layout and I love the aesthetics, and having a loyalty program for their regular customers is also a huge bonus.
But above all, the customer service is outstanding. I would never recommend any store that wasn't Amsterdam. It's too good to be beat.
