★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. If I could give them a negative star I would but I can’t so I give them a 1. Staff recommends juice they know nothing about, asked about juice and was recommended ,it tasted nothing like what they said, and was given a 20 mil of salt nic, when I specifically asked for free base, and have never tried salt nic. Very unknowledgeable staff with bad attitude. I will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in this weekend and was blown away at the level of service. I was able to find what I was looking for at a reasonable price in under 10 mins.
The person who served me was very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and was able to answer my vague questions (I have vaped before but had forgotten a lot) plus the vape equipment has vastly improved over the years.
10/10 will continue to do my vape shopping here.
The store is very clean, organized, very satisfying to see (like, ASMR kind of thing)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING service every time without a doubt. Had an old model Smok Alien they were always amazing and not pushy about me getting a newer model. When I did decide to upgrade they gave me solid advice. I wanted a mod that was a little more expensive and they were honest with me about performance and durability with my line of work. They even gave me a deal because I bought 2 (i wanted to surprise my boyfriend with an upgrade too). Really had a great experience, whether you're new to the hobby or old River City Vapes staff are knowledgeable, considerate, and friendly. I always feel welcomed in the store and their selection of juice is great.
