 In front of the door but you have to go outside to access the Palais des Congrès.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sérieux même pendant des grosses conventions il y a toujours du parking. C'est super conviviale et facile d'accès. Les prix sont fair considérant l'endroit où ils sont situés. Il n'y a pas 35000 accès non plus donc pas besoin de prendre en note la porte par laquelle vous êtes passé pour ne pas vous perdre à votre retour.
Serious even during big conventions there is always parking. It's super friendly and easy to access. Prices are fair considering where they are located. There is not 35000 access either so no need to take note of the door through which you passed so you do not get lost when you return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très décevant pour identifier les étages de stationnement S1,S2 à l’intérieur,sur le plancher ou les murs , rien NIET , aucune indication ?juste sur le bouton d’ascenseur, alors pour les escaliers Wow!!! Un peut de ménage à faire et une couche de peinture , on dirait qu’ils sont prête pour recevoir des itinerants ? Attention Le Palais des Con...,les un étoiles commence à monter ?
Very disappointing to identify parking floors S1, S2 indoors, on the floor or walls, nothing NIET, no indication ?just on the elevator button, so for the stairs Wow !!! A bit of cleaning to do and a coat of paint, it looks like they are ready to receive itinerants ? Attention Le Palais des Con ..., the one stars are starting to rise ?

Prix du stationnement afficher a l'extérieur et dans le parking qui une fois le passage a la caisse automatique ce transforme en prix unique a 24$. Dépassant largement le prix affiché a l'extérieur

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I parked here for 2 hours and it cost me $22.00. I have never heard of any city in the world that charges such an exorbitant fee. No wonder the city center is dying. It isn’t rocket science, but you’d think it was because this parking garage has not clued in. Beware and do not park here.
