Park anywhere but here.
We parked overnight when the person in charge wasn't there and the machine wouldn't work either. I only got there in time to stop them from towing my car.
Having safely parked my car elsewhere, in the morning I asked the person about the price and he refused to tell me the price or their policy without seeing my car!! He told us if I see your car then I will tell you my price, which is absolutely ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lot is simply a gravel lot with no pavement markings. They charged $18 a day, with in-and-out privileges, although I'm sure this would change if there was an event at the nearby Palais de congres.
