J	JD Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy working there is a crook! Asked me for how long I plan to park, i said one hour. Then he charged me for 18$!! Which is the price for the whole day. I asked "since i am paying for the whole day, then i am allowed to parked more than one hour?" He said NO, you told me before one hour then just one hour! ARE U KIDDING ME ? 18$ FOR ONE HOUR? ARE U ROBBING ？？ NEVER AGAIN！

It took $13 from my credit card, no option to pay for less even though it say you could pay for 20 minutes increments on the sign ($3 per 20 minutes). Don't park here unless you want to get ripped off badly.

L	Lord Jedi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We parked here and the man charged us 20 dollars for the whole day. As I came.up to give him the money in cash as he requested....he gave me someone else's Volvo keys. Uh okay ? In my mind I was thinking like was he supposed to do that ? So I walked away with it and told my partner that the man gave me a set of Volvo keys to someone's car when I paid him to park our car. He found it odd too and we came up to the man and we told him why did he give us someone's keys? And the old man looked stupid and troubled that he thought I look like someone else that wanted to pick up their keys to the car. But that doesnt explain why he took my money to park and gave me keys? Unless the girl (apparently I looked like her) will pay him when she comes back to pick up the car? Weren't u supposed to pay for parking first and then we give you our keys and Not the other way around? He panicked coz he literally did a bad thing to give someone's car keys to a random stranger which is me. And as we walked away towards uphill for like 2 mins later....the old man ran up to us and stopped us and yelled at us saying that it was my fault that I took the keys from him?! Uh we both laughed at him coz we didnt fully understand his French accent so we kept walking but literally! It was HIS fault for giving ME someone's keys!! He blamed me for his faults! Totally bad and unprofessional service here. Watch out coming to this lot...he might give away your car to someone else for free ! He can lose his job instantly.

Our car was parked in this lot for less than 10 minutes, we went to get coffee and were not gone 10 minutes on the walk back we see glass all next to our car, we walk over and someone in that 10 minutes broke the window and took anything they could find in the car. An attendant came over and casually mentioned that she didn’t see anything but that cars get robbed constantly.

For me it was a bit weird and I really didn't like it ( if I had more time I would a be at a different place) but there I was. The person was not friendly at all and when I came back he had move my car for no reason two spots beside. It's like he just wanted to park the car differently ? I didn't understand it and to be honest it's kind of shady having to give your car keys for a paying parking space. Really not a great feeling about this place. Just take a parcometer, at least you can keep your keys. I'm never parking there again.
